Diana’s commitment to advocacy and serving those less fortunate with love is a guiding principle in her life. In 2009, at the beginning of the downturn of the economy, Diana co-founded Career Confidence, formally Beltway Job Search Partners, a non-profit organization providing free educational workshops to business executives in career transition. It has a membership base of over 2200 people and it is the second largest organization in its class in the Washington, DC region.

In 2014, Diana founded Project Hope International, a non-profit organization, to strengthen vulnerable communities by implementing programs that inspire and create positive change through education, sports, music, art and mentoring. Project Hope International believes that programs like these provide a pathway to reconnecting people to the resources needed to get their lives back on track. Project Hope International has partnered with over 22 nonprofits reaching over 3 continents.
