The core mission of Career-Confidence.org is to improve individuals’ lives by providing expert job search skills, education, and genuine compassion while expressing Christian compassion. Since most of our speakers are recruiters and human resource professionals, we are connected to many hiring authorities. Every so often our speakers end up hiring one of our attendees. Many times, hiring managers and recruiters come to us to see if we have any candidates which match their open positions. While we cannot guarantee a job to anyone, we teach people how to put themselves into the top 4% of candidates with their skill sets.

The Future

When we began this journey, we had no idea where this would take us. 10 years, multiple locations, and a few thousand attendees later, our team has a highly effective track record.  Our expansion from Northern Virginia to suburban Maryland and now the nation demonstrates that we are having a positive impact on people’s lives. Via many attempts to benchmark ourselves against other job support groups,  we believe we have the most in-depth content of any group in the nation.

Original Co-Founders

In 2009, Robert Brandau, Boyd Camak, and Diana Villarreal, co-founded Beltway Job Search Partners to help professionals in career transition. In 2014 the organization was renamed to Career Confidence.
